Laiya has a modern standard factory building of 50,000 square meters, including 2 Class A aerosol production workshops, 5 Class A warehouses and 1 Class C warehouse 

storage base for reservoirs and large-scale oil and gas depots. Laiya has a total of 14 production lines, including 10 aerosol lines, including 7 high-speed lines and 3 medium-speed lines;

There are a total of 4 lines for non-aerosols. The daily production capacity can reach more than 500,000 cans, and the annual aerosol can produce 200 million cans.

Leyard’s HSE management system is managed by an experienced and highly qualified team. Regular supervision, continuous improvement, to ensure that the implementation is in place.

Warehouse

Leia has a total of 6 warehouses, including 5 Class A warehouses and 1 Class C warehouse. Among them, the construction area of Class A warehouse is 6,500 square meters, which can store 5 million cans of aerosol finished products; The construction area of Class C warehouse is 9,340 square meters, which can meet the storage needs of 5 million empty cans and supporting packaging materials. The warehouse is equipped with complete fire-fighting facilities and equipment, such as temperature sensing, gas detection, automatic sprinkler and other systems, and has a logistics capacity of 500,000 finished products entering and exiting every day.

Oil and gas depots

Laia has a large oil and gas storage base, which is divided into a propellant storage tank area and a vertical liquid storage tank area. Among them, there are 10 propellant storage tanks, which can store gas 500 m³; 18 vertical liquid storage tanks with a capacity of 490 m³ of solvents.
